About this speaker
Jennifer Cerra has been educating students since 1998. She is a certified reading specialist and an IMSLEC certified Structured Literacy teacher. After working in the public-school sector for over 20 years, Jennifer decided to dedicate her passion for literacy instruction to private students struggling to read and founded R.E.A.D. Intervention.
In addition to providing intervention services and professional development, Jennifer also serves as an adjunct faculty member for Fairleigh Dickinson University’s Center for Dyslexia Studies. She is the creator of R.E.A.D. 's online learning modules, Bookworm Literacy Program, Sound Start Literacy Program, and author of four Scholastic teaching resource books.
