Jennifer Glueck

I became a classroom teacher in 2002 and have been working with ELL students in Kindergarten through 2nd grade ever since. I was passionate about teaching my students to read so I went back to school and received a master’s degree in reading instruction and curriculum in 2009. My students struggled with my balanced literacy instruction, so I began looking for another way. I was overjoyed when I discovered Reading Simplified about 5 years ago. Their approach to Structured Linguistic Literacy was easy to implement and it has changed the lives of so many of my students.
