Victoria Ochoa Rodriguez is a 4th grade teacher. She graduated from the University of Northern Colorado with a degree in Elementary Education and an emphasis in Culturally and Linguistically Diverse Education. This is her third year implementing the Reading Simplified program and she has seen tremendous strides in student ability to decode multisyllabic words and become more confident and successful readers.
